"If the masses are a large group of people, it's a lot easier to control them if they're in smaller groups, smaller factions. It's even easier to manipulate and control these smaller factions if they are constantly at war with each other. I think as long as there is going to be a class that feels that they need to rule over another group of people that we will always have these types of issues."
